Trial period for Quicken can be used by any new customer who wants to try this software before purchasing it. Doing this will be easy to determine whether or not this software is suitable to your business. However, trial period has limited features to use and you can use 4 pay runs with an unlimited number of employees. Let’s get started:

  1. Create a new Quicken account if you have not any.
  2. If you are an existing user of Quicken, login to your account and select the three vertical lines icon located on the top of the window.
  3. Select My Quicken and then click Add an organization.
  4. Enter the details for your organization’s name and the place where your firm pays taxes. Choose the country in which you are using this software. This will determine the default currency for all transactions, the type of sales tax, the currency of your bill if buying a subscription.
  5. Click on the Start Trial button. Now, setup your firm in Quicken.
  • Check all the details you entered for your firm. Also check reports which you have made.
  • Enter the legal name of your company and the financial year into the required boxes.
  • Connect your bank account and set up the tax rates.
  • Give Access to your bookkeeper who will properly create a report into the software.

Please make sure that the trial period is for 30 days only and it can’t be extended on any terms. If you wish to use it further then you have to buy the subscription plan for this.
